Statement of Service

Domino Careers aims to offer the highest possible standard of service to all its clients.

Timescale

We work to the following timescales:

  • When you purchase a service, we will email you to confirm that your order has been received and your order will then be allocated to an appropriate adviser.
  • You will then receive an answer to your question or a report on your CV within five working days from placing the order.
  • If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this timescale, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
  • Please note that it may take a little longer to find a mutually convenient time for a telephone discussion.
  • Please let us know by separate email at the time of purchase if you have an urgent deadline such as an application closing date or interview date and we will do our best to accommodate your timing.

Liability

  • In responding to your question or commenting on your CV, we will give you our considered professional opinion, which is based on our qualifications and considerable experience in careers guidance.
  • The burden is on you to follow our guidance suggestions and, as there are multiple factors that determine success or failure in applying for courses, jobs or other courses of action, we cannot be held responsible for any failure to be offered a particular job or course or any other outcome.

  • Our web site has been carefully developed using valid XHTML 1.0 and CSS. By using semantically correct coding and standards-compliant image replacement where necessary, the site should render correctly across a wide range of browsers, including screen readers and mobile devices.
